    Your body is made up of many things. It is important to choose your foods wisely. Some people care about their body. While others don’t care about their body’s few good reasons to choose your foods wisely is because you will eventually get fat, it can lead to death, and your body needs the nutrients to fight off the bad bacteria.
    There is a word in this Earth called fat. There is good and bad fat. The good fat is unsaturated fat. While the bad one is saturated fat. Most saturated fats are from animal products. And most unsaturated fats are liquids. But don’t go eating the fats now. Still a lot much fat is bad for you.
    If you eat too much fat it may cause death. It causes because you can get high cholesterol. And it may give you a heart attack. Eating saturated fats is also bad for you. All fats are made up of long chains of hydrogen, oxygen, and also carbon.
    Last but not least are nutrients and bacteria. There are many good nutrients. But I am only going to tell you a few which are Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and etc. There is also such thing as good and ad bacteria. The good and bad bacteria are what are inside our body and on our hands. There is a saying that says, “Wash your hands but not to much”. If you wash your hands then you are killing the bad bacteria. But if you do it too much then you will be killing the good bacteria also. And that is bad for you.
    That is what your body is made up of. Its important to choose your food wisely because then you can get fat, lead to death, or bad bacteria will come to you body more faster. That’s why you should most definitely have unsaturated fats then saturated fats. And again unsaturated fats are mostly liquids.

    I think its is really important to choose your food because sometimes a lot of unhealthy things could be in your food that you don’t know and it will get you really sick. I think its important because you could get really fat, get really sick, and you could die, I also think that if you choose good food to eat it will keep you healthy, focuses, and strong.

    I think if you don’t choose the right food to eat it will get you really fat because sometimes they but a lot of fat in your food like an example when you go to barker king there is a lot of fat in your food and that is not healthy for you because you could get really fat and get sick. I think you could get sick by eating fat food because when you eat a lot of sweet you have a lot of sugar in side of you and sometimes it important to have sugar in you that comes from fruits and from nature. But if you eat the sugar that they but in the tiny juice that is not healthy for you and you could get really sick. I think you could also get sick by eating to much and eat what your body don’t want and you could throw up and that means that your body can’t take any more food.

    I think you could die by eating a lot of fat because sometimes you get so fat that you cant move and your so young and you die just by eating so much and by putting so much fat in your body and how unhealthy your body could be.

    I also think that if you choose good food to eat you will be healthy, strong, and focuses. I think if you pick good food to eat you will be healthy because your body needs healthy food for you to live and if you eat healthy you could live longer, and you could stay in great shape don’t need to lose any wait. You could be healthy by eating healthy foods like fruits, nutrition, and healthy stuff to eat. I think if you eat healthy stuff you could be strong because when you eat and drink healthy you could have a lot of energy in you and you could fun and not fill tired because you have a lot of energy in you and you could be healthy at the same time. I think you could be focuses when you are healthy because when you eat an apple in the morning and you eat something with fiber in side of it could keep you healthy and focuses that your Tommy will like to have in side of it .

    I love cookies, but they say its not good for my Health. I don’t think their bad for you if u doesn’t eat them multiple times. They told me too much of it could get you fat. They also said that foods that have oil, grease, sugar, too much of anything is bad for you. I will explain why.


    The first thing that is bad for you is candy! Its not that bad, but it has many sugar in it that could cause your blood pressure to rise. Some examples of treats we enjoy are the things that we eat almost every day. Those things are called candy. Chocolate is like my best friend! It might be yours too.


    The second example is types of food you eat. Things like popcorn. Popcorn has salt in it salt is good to put in food but its not that healthy. Also you should watch the types of food you eat. Foods that are greasy, oily, buttery (too) sweet you should watch out for.

    The consequences of these non-nutritious meals and snacks are diabetes. I don’t have them but I can imagine how it feels to have diabetes. Another consequence is heart attack. If you have a heart attack that is a major problem you could easily die but most people survive it. Another consequence is that you could also get a stroke that is a little simpler to the heart attack.


    Now you now the consequences of not eating healthy. Also I hope you’ll try to be more responsible and try to make healthy choices. Every one should be healthy so they can live a life in a fun exiting way. If you want to be healthy life you should eat healthy. Another thing that candy does to you is make your stomach ach or you’ll get lazy and wouldn’t want you do nothing but sit all day.

  4. These are the reason we should be carefully of our food and the things inside it like calories, cholesterol, and fats. We should watch out for calories cause can make us fat. Like 2 burritos is going to be 1250 calories that is a lot of fat to be eating unless you’re a athlete and you can work off those calories. Fat is important to a diet cause it carries more energy than any other nutrient. Cholesterol is a fatty acid found in the cell membranes of all animal tissue. Also too much sutured fat is bad cause it contains lots of cholesterol. That’s why we eat honey nut cheerios to lower cholesterol. And when you eat sutured fats cholesterol builds up in your bloodstream. Finally plague will restricts the flow of blood to your organs and increase your blood pressure which causes heart attacks and strokes.

  5. It’s important to choose our foods carefully because our bodies may have a problem with foods we eat that contain too much fat, too many carbohydrates, and too much sugar. Fats are usually energy our bodies use. Carbohydrates have 2 groups: simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. Sugar should be kept low. These three things can be a pain if you don’t put yourself on a well balanced diet.

    Fats can taste tasty but can cause a problem you will need to know about. There are 3 types of fats. The 3 types of fats are: trans fat, saturated fat and unsaturated fat. They are all bad for you if you eat too much of it. Fats are not always healthy.
    Carbohydrates are in tons of foods. Millions of people eat so many carbohydrates. Carbohydrates can cause heart disease, diabetes, and can increase weight. Carbohydrates should be kept low. It is sometimes nutritious.

    Sugar is delicious but like all adults say “Sugar is not good for you.” There are 4 types of simple sugars: glucose (in fats), fructose (in fruit), lactose ( in dairy) , and sucrose ( your basic candy what’s bad for you). Sugars are simple carbohydrates. Sugars can cause a high blood sugar level. Sugar is not healthy.

    It is important to choose our foods wisely especially with what is healthy and what is not. So avoid a lot of fats, carbohydrates, and sugars. A balanced diet is the key to a healthy body. You have to exercise every day don’t just count eating a balanced diet. The more you do to eat healthy and exercise the better you will feel about yourself.

  6. The reason we have to choose our food carefully is because some people eat healthy and some kids don’t. There are people who don’t care if you’re eating healthy. And sometimes-healthy food causes allergic reaction in people. Did you know that the more you eat food high and sugar and fat, the more Glucose will stay in your body. That causes fat. It is so good to check the calories of what you are eating to control your weight.


    Saturated fats make you sick and can be found in some foods like milk, eggs, cheese, and meat. Saturated fat is bad because it can cause cholesterol build up in you arteries, which can cause a heart attack. It’s really important to help your self stay healthy.


    Unsaturated fats is very good for you because it is healthy, it has vegetable oils.
    The other reason we need to choose our food carefully is because some people might have real bad thing to it. And because there are not so much very good food out there that some people like to posing kids.


    There are some people that are having heart attacks just by eating a little bit to much food. The reason that happens is because they don’t want to let the food go or do some exercises. I eat and I do jumping jacks to at least lose some fats.

And we also have to be careful of what we eat because you won’t get a stomach virus. And last but not least we need to watch what we eat so we won’t be obeast and so we can all get a stronger body. One reason we should watch what we eat so we won’t get fat. Because if we get fat we can get obeast and we will be incapable of many things. Being fat can also lead to a heart attack that can lead to death. And you can get diabetes and that can lead to death. And that’s one reason why we should watch what we eat. A second reason is so we won’t get diabetes which does not have a cure. Diabetes can also lead to a stroke which kills you. Diabetes can also lead to bumps on your body which makes doctors have to cut your limb off. Diabetes can also give you blood clots that can cause heart attack. And that’s why we should also watch what we eat. And last but not least a third reason why we should watch what you eat is because calories. If you eat too much calories you will become fat. And too much calories can make you have a heart attack. But also if you get too much calories you will be unable to do many things. And you can become real tired easily. It is important to choose your food carefully so you won’t have a heart attack which can lead to death, or get diabetes because you can get your limbs cut off and so you won’t get or conserve too much calories can lead to obeasity.

  12. • Nutrition’s are important because, when you eat food your body collects the nutrient it needs ,your body will store them in places they need to go ,and your body has to collect these food because if we didn’t our body will be weird. It stores the nutrient’s it needs in a place. We collect the nutrients to supply our bodies. If we didn’t have food or nutrient’s we would look like zombie’s. this is how our body is built.
    • When I eat my body sorts the food out in tiny parts. When they are sorted they go in to different parts of the body. When they go into those parts they do something to help the body. When they do that the body starts to work even more. These foods help our body every way it can.
    • The nutrient’s work in every way they can. They work until they no longer can work. Every time we eat the same nutrient’s they go to the same place and keep working. you start to notice every time your stomach growls it saying I need nutrients to keep you running.
    • To me it seems we will never run out of nutrient’s.
    • If we never had food we will be dead. the reason why is because food is important I do not want to look like I am old and never had a meal. When we eat our body is taking fuel its like a car. To me if we did not have food we would look old people. there all types of nutrients that our body need and food has it so if I was you I would try to eat every day.

    Some foods have certain nutrients. The nutrients can keep you with energy and be healthy. The food that should have nutrients is grains, fruits, and vegetables. There are 2 major carbohydrates for nutrients. One is simple carbohydrate that takes care of sugar. The other one is complex carbohydrate is sucrose. Sucrose is table sugar when Glucose is the simplest sugar of all.

    Organic foods are the safer foods because the meat doesn’t have hormones. When you don’t eat safer foods that mean saturated fat will make cholesterol build up in your bloodstream. Unsaturated fat is better because it’s in liquids. When you too much fat you’ll get caused in death. When you choose your foods carefully you wont be in a death race.

    When you have high cholesterol that’s when fatty acids are ready. Cholesterol is the lead to death unless you know how to choose your foods carefully. Drinking liquids wont make you fat. Some foods have calcium. Calcium helps you get strong bones, vitamin E is good for your skin.

    Some warnings for when you are washing your hand. Washing your hands too much will make some good bacteria’s. That good bacteria can be the Vitamins A, C, and E & etc, you cant wash those off.

    If you don’t choose your food carefully it is possible that you could get diabetes. You get diabetes when you eat way to much candy or junk food and not enough healthy food that’s good for you. When you have the symptoms of diabetes like pooping a lot and you notice that you’ve been eating a lot of junk food. If your not really careful and don’t stop eating junk food you could end up dieing.
    IF you are not healthy you could get really sick. You would get sick by not having enough food that’s good for your body system. Then the next thing you know you’ll end up in your bed sick from all the junk you had. Hopefully you’ll stop the constant junk food eating. If you don’t, well you’ll get so sick you’ll end up in the hospital. Then if the doctor talks to you he/she will say that you are high on your cholesterol. It probably won’t get to this point but it is possible that you could die. So if you don’t eat right than your body will not function right.

    So these are very important reasons why you should eat real healthy and choose your food carefully.

We are heterotrophic witch means we get our nutrition from food and that’s why we need to be careful with what we eat. We need to exercise because if we don’t exercise all of that fat wills trun into body fat and also exercise is an important part of healthy diet. We need to eat less sugar because if we eat too much sugar we can gain weight, we can get diabetes, or we can get hart disease. We should avoid carbs that are quilty broken down into blue cost. The salivary gland produces about 1.5 liters of saliva each day. Saliva contains an enzyme. An enzyme is a special protein produce by the body. Enzyme helps the body nutrients in to forms that the body can use. They work together to help keep the body in balance. The sphincter is a ring of muscle that helps keep food that has been swallowed where it should be in the stomach.


    The difference between organic and none organic food is that organic food is grown and process a more envier mental way. The U.S department of agriculture relates that product can have the organic seal on them. If a food only has organic it can have 100% organic label, if 95% orients are organic the product can be label organic, and if the food has 70% organic ingredient it doesn’t get seal but it can have been made with organic ingredients.
    Organic farming is denifisul for the envierment because it can make the soil more facial, balance inset population, and it can produce poluson in the air and water. Organic farming require more soil, time, and more label it can expenses and that makes the food expensive.

    This is why we need to choose our good carefully because if we don’t we can encress our blood pressure and that can cost a hart attack, stroke, and many more problems. If e doesn’t be carefully chosen our food we gain weight and we can also get diabetes. If we don’t choose our food carefully we can because we get our nutrition from the food that we eat. We need to get carefully because if we eat fat and than we don’t exercise all of that fat would trun to body fat and we don’t want that.

    It’s important to choose your food carefully because, of fats, carbohydrates, and nutrition. Some of this is great and some are the worst for you but I could be both. Read on and find out what I mean.

    First is fat, fat could be good and bad for you. So one thing is you could eat fat foods but not too much. I say this because, you could eat fat things but if you doing work it off [exercise] of it would just sit there and turn into body fat. Also the fat help carry more energy then anything else. The fat is a long line made up of hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon. Some fats like saturated fats have cholesterol in it. But trans fat have a lot of cholesterol. So you would have to get foods that have low fat and cholesterol.

    Second are carbohydrates. You should always choose food with carbohydrates. You should do this because; carbohydrates are a type of nutrients. This would help your body a lot. If you eat foods with carbohydrates you would have energy. This would help your body store and transport energy in and around your body. Then you would be ready for your day. You could eat a piece of fruit to get the right sugar called fructose. This would turn in to energy so the carbohydrates would help you move. This is a second reason why you should choose your food carefully.

    The last reason why you should choose your food carefully is nutrition. We are heterotrophic. Heterotrophic means we get our nutrition for our food that we eat. It important to choose your food carefully because, if you eat junk food you wouldn’t get the right nutrias that you need. There are three kinds of nutrias. They are fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. These nutrias give us energy through out our day. But if you don’t eat the right nutrias you would get any energy at all. That’s why it’s important to eat the right food.

Based on the question from my notes I discovered you needed to control your appetite, also that there are vitamins and minerals that also play a part of keeping your body healthy, and that nutrients supply your body with energy. You need a controlled diet because simply it helps you in health. Also you need calcium builds strong bones and vitamin e is good for your skin. And like having a controlled meal. You should have more of grains than any other meal.

    I discovered that vitamins and minerals supply our body with energy. Like for example calcium helps us by making strong bones and is healthy. Also vitamin e gives us good and useful skin. And vitamin c that is in fruits like oranges is mostly as an acid. And it can be used in other formats to be medicine.

    Also I discovered that you always need to control your appetite to not gain too much weight. And a balanced diet is one that includes a mixture of fruits, vegetables, grains, meats, or fish, and dairy. To not gain even too much calories. And that’s why you always got to make sure you eat the right amount. And but starving yourself is not the right choice because it doesn’t work.

    I learned that exercise is an important part of a healthy diet. How much you should eat is by age, exercise, and gender. You don’t need to leave sweets and not eat them but you always need to eat them as less then any food group. And you need to eat them because that’s what transports energy to the body. And makes you survive because with out energy you don’t have power to move around.

    In conclusion I wrote an essay saying that why is it important to choose your food carefully. I made three statements. Saying vitamins and minerals need to go to your body instead of UN healthy foods like a lot of sugars. Also about how you need to look at the food triangles and control your appetite and eat grains. Also you need to exercise to be healthy and not grow calories.

    It is important that you choose your food carefully. If you don’t you’ll end up fat, sick, and maybe get food poisoning. That’s why you shouldn’t eat things that have a lot of sugar and fats like FAST FOOD, for instance McDonald’s has a lot fat foods there.

    If you don’t exercise enough your body lets glucose sit there and it won’t burn. Glucose is a sugar known in three different forms. Excise glucose turns to body fat. Like meat and dairy have lots of saturated fats. Too much of this can contain too much cholesterol.

    Fat food is not good for you because too much of makes you gain weight. Did you know that fats are mad of hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon? The fat chain is also made up of fatty acid and glycerol. Also saturated fats are solids and unsaturated fats are liquids. Trans fats have a high level of cholesterol; hydrogenated vegetable oil is also trans fat.

    Cholesterol is a kind of waxy substance and it sticks to the sides of your blood vessels. Cholesterol deposits plaque, restricting the flow of blood to your organs increasing your blood pressure, which can cause heart attacks and strokes.

    This is why at all times you should be very careful on what you eat because affects like this happen and it is not good. Also may even cause death.

  20. Why is it important to choose your food carefully?



    It is important to choose your food carefully because there are many foods that have things that is not good for your bodies like, fats, saturated fat, and to much glucose. I am sure that many people like cookies, candy, gunk food and etc. but these things are not as good as they taste if you eat to much of these thing they could build up in your body and cause problems. So even though you like these things don’t eat to much. Even though I eat a lot sometimes actually all the times!

    It’s important because things like fats and glucose are pretty much alike fats turn into glucose but these things are bad. Glucose is good but eating to much isn’t good. When you eat to much glucose or fats (candy etc) your body does not need all of it so it builds up and is more than your bodies need. Glucose is basically sugars so if you are eating to many sugars you can get high blood pressure diabetes and more. Which aren’t healthy these can cause death or other serious health problems. So that’s why you don’t eat too many sugary foods that can lead to this.

    Then there is saturated fat don’t eat to much of this either. You can find saturated fat in many things you would regularly eat like milk and others. But then there is fast food, which contains a lot of this like McDonald’s burger king, and more you can think of. This isn’t good. Eating to much saturated fat can lead to a rise in blood pressure, high cholesterol. And increases your chances of having a stroke or hard attack. So you really have to be careful not to eat a lot. But I know your thinking your crazy I’m doing this but its true and you have to be careful you ca still eat these things but not to much.

    It is important to choose your food carefully because of some thing that can happen if you don’t watch your diet and eating habits. For example for eating something healthy at least eat salad or maybe veggies a few times a week make a schedule that you can work with. Then you could exercise of food that you may have ate to have room for something else. Eating healthy is really important as I mentioned some things to look out for. Like I said fats, Saturated fats, and glucose, which is similar to fats. So if you eat healthy you’ll be ok and prevent any problems that could acure to your decisions that you may make. So just eat healthy stay strong and fight off some temptations sometimes.

    Eating healthy and choosing your foods wisely you can see is very important so make sure you do this. By watching out for your diet. Not eating to much saturated fat, fats and, glucose. Exercise; resist temptations every once in a while. And be aware of thing that could happen if you do not look out for these things.   21. It is important to choose our foods carefully because we need organic foods, nutrition, and fats to stay healthy. Organic foods are foods that have no artificial flavors, food that haven’t been genetically modified, or has been treated with radiation. Nutrition is the energy your body gets from fats and substances. Your body could get nutrition from grains, fruits and veggies. Unsaturated fats is better for you than saturated fats because it produces enough glucose unlike saturated fats that produce more which turns into excess fats.
    Fats are healthy for you because it carries more energy then any other nutrients. There are two types of fats, saturated and unsaturated fats. Saturated fats are more than enough glucose our body needs which turns into cholesterol. Un saturated fats are fats that your body needs, like in veggie oils you could cook in. trans fat has cholesterol, which is good to avoid.
    Nutrition is healthy for us because we are heterotrophic which means we get our nutrition from the food we eat. We get our nutrition from the following 6 groups, vegetables, fruit, grains, oils, dairy and meats. We need grains the most out of the 6 listed because grains have carbohydrates fruits next because it has vitamins and fibers your body needs. Veggies because they have vitamins and minerals we need. Oils are good for you but not too much it needs to be high in vegetable oil. Dairy products are good on protein and calcium but drink or eat low fat kind. Meats are high in protein but some are high in saturated fat, which is bad for you.
    Organic foods are healthy for you because it doesn’t have artificial fertilizers or pesticides. Which could probably get you very sick. Organic foods can’t be genetically modified or be treated with radiation. Organic farming make the farming more fertile and avoid use of toxic fertilizer. It could even reduce pollution in the air soil and water. Organic farming is a more environmentally- friendly.
    It is important to choose our foods carefully because we need organic foods to reduce pollution in the air, water, and the soil. We also need nutrition to balance a healthy diet to stay fit and healthy. Lastly fats for protein in meats and nuts. We need fats also from veggie and olive oils. The way a human eats is reflected by how they look on the outside and the inside. Some foods are just not good for your body; those involve foods that are salty, fatty, and high in glucose. Food can hurt your body, but healthier choices of grains, vegetables, fruits, oils, milk, and meat and help your body grow strong. The energy you get from nutrients is also helpful for proper cell function.

    Nutrition is used as a type of fuel for your body because it keeps your body going.
    The protein from food is used to build new parts for the body and it also repairs the old parts. Calcium builds strong bones; there is calcium in dairy products such as milk and cheese. One type of nutrient is carbohydrate; there are simple and complex carbohydrates. A simple carbohydrate is sugar because it is the smallest molecules, and complex carbohydrates are starches and fibers.

    Another important subject that comes up a lot when talking about choosing your food carefully is eating organic food. Organic food is raised without any pesticides or artificial fertilizers. It can be expensive to buy organic food but there is a smaller price to pay with our planet. Growing organic foods can lessen the pollution in the water, soil, and air because no toxic chemicals are use to grow organic foods. It can also balance out the bug population because the handy insects keep the bad insects from causing destruction.

    The fats that are in foods can be good for you, but too much can be very unhealthy. Fat is important because it has more energy than every other nutrient. If you eat something with too much fat your body will have more glucose than needed.
    Foods with trans fats have high levels of cholesterol and cholesterol is a great thing to stay away from because it is a fatty acid in the tissue of all animals. Fats can be good from your body but if you eat things with a lot of fats often you will have developed a big problem.

    Making sure you choose your food carefully is important because your body needs several things but too much or too little can be harmful. The human body needs nutrition for energy. The food you eat can change the way you live by making your life easier of harder. The human body should not take in trans fats, toxic chemicals, or too much glycerol (fatty acids). When watching what you eat you must take in consideration what the portion size is, and the calories.

  23. The paragraph that I would be typing would be about how you should pick your food out I would be giving you information that I got from a science note book and I got information from brain pop. I will be talking about Organic Food, Carbohydrates, Fats and Nutrition. That’s what my 5 paragraph essay and it all has do with health and how to survive .

    The first thing that I would be talking about would be Organic Food. organic food his about how you should pick out your food because if you see something with 100% organic means that it is good thing in there and if there’s a 95% of organic food means that’s it’s still organic when it says 75% of food means that it is made with organic ingredient’s .

    The second thing that I would be talking about would be about Carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the good thing for your body because they also give you energy because you get carbohydrates form grains ,vegetables and fruits and they help you get fiber and helps you get more energized. Carbohydrates are made from shugger and it is not the one that you find in junk food the shugger I’m writing about would be pure shugger that comes from furits out doors in the fresh.

    Fats would be the third thing that I would be writing about because fats are used in many ways like when you eat fating food you need to go out and use the energy that you got from the fat food you ate. If you eat fat foods and you lay around doing nothing would make you build up glucose that means that you are getting fatter so glucose is a thing were it build up inside you. You could make glucose go away by doing working out and that would make glucose go away.

    Nutrition’s are the forth thing that I will be talking about nutrition’s are use in the health triangle because there are grains, fruits, vegetables ,milk , protein , oils the food triangle helps you make a choice on what you should eat and what not to eat. The food triangle is part of nutrition’s because it has everything it has to do with what kind of food you should eat.

    Why is it important to eat healthy? Its important because if you eat you eat too much of unhealthy stuff there is a chance you can become unhealthy. Also because when you eat healthy food you can be healthy. Another reason is because healthy food holds some good nutrients your body needs to grow healthy. Healthy eating may decrease your probability of becoming obese.
    Too much of good is bad. Its bad because some of the nutrients are sugar and sugar can be bad for you. Also because if you get too much of the food you may become obese. Too much bad is still bad for you. It’s bad because you may not be getting the nutrients you need for your body. If you eat too much god its bad and if you eat too much bad it’s still bad.
    Sugar may sound bad but its good at times. Sugar is part of your nutrients. However too much of it is bad for you. Sugar is a good source for your body. It gives you energy your body needs. Most people think its bad for you and they are correct. Sugar is good for you but it also bad because too much of sugar can give people diabetes. Sugar is both good and bad for you.

  25. It is important to choose all your foods carefully because you want to make sure you get some of the NUTRIENTS, CARBOHYDRATES, and a little bit of FAT.
    I know what your thinking a little fat is good for you? I know it sounds crazy but its true Fat is an important part of a diet because it carries more energy than any other nutrient. Although it is not good to eat things that have a-lot of fat all the time because that can cause you to be unhealthy. Here is one fact I bet you didn’t know about fats: When your body digests fats, it breaks down into two substances fatty acids and glycerol. You know how when you go to the store with your mother and she always says that she is only going there to buy one thing but instead she lies and takes about to hours to find the juices? Wait don’t answer that. Say she wanted to buy some hamburger meat but it says SATURATED FAT on it so she doesn’t want to buy it no more because she thinks its bad for her family. Well really its not because it I actually a little good for your body, but not all the time because eating too much saturated fat can raise blood cholesterol levels and increase the risk of heart disease.
    Nutrition is one of the best things that your body needs to keep healthy because Nutrients supply your body with energy and substances that it needs to grow and stay healthy.   26. The reason we have to choose our food carefully is because some people eat healthy and some kids don’t. There are people who don’t care if you’re eating healthy. And sometimes-healthy food causes allergic reaction in people. Did you know that the more you eat food high and sugar and fat, the more Glucose will stay in your body. That causes fat. It is so good to check the calories of what you are eating to control your weight.


    Saturated fats make you sick and can be found in some foods like milk, eggs, cheese, and meat. Saturated fat is bad because it can cause cholesterol build up in you arteries, which can cause a heart attack. It’s really important to help your self stay healthy.


    Unsaturated fats is very good for you because it is healthy, it has vegetable oils.
    The other reason we need to choose our food carefully is because some people might have real bad thing to it. And because there are not so much very good food out there that some people like to posing kids.


    There are some people that are having heart attacks just by eating a little bit to much food. The reason that happens is because they don’t want to let the food go or do some exercises. I eat and I do jumping jacks to at least lose some fats.

We have to watch what we eat because we don’t always know what is in what we eat.
    Choosing your food carefully is very important if you’re eating something with a lot of fat in it. Fat is not necessarily “bad” for you. It’s just when you eat too much it gets unhealthy. But some people just don’t know the amount of “too much”. That’s why choosing your food carefully is important, because nothing is really easy to categorize as good or bad.
    Even though people say that organic foods are the best for you should still chose those carefully. Not all organic foods are on the same level of “Organic” as others. In some places they put seals on organic products that are 100% organic. The seal reads “100% organic”, but if the product is only like 95% organic than the seal reads “Organic”. If the product is only 70% organic than the seal reads “Made with organic products”. So not all products that have the word organic is 100% organic, so chose wisely.
    Now, carbohydrates. Like many things some are good for you and some are not. The simple carbohydrates are the ones that diets and weight loosing programs are so against. Thos carbs can raise your blood sugar level leading to weight gain, diabetes or heart disease. But we need carbs in our diet so we can’t cut them out completely. It is very confusing but that why I think it is very important to chose your food carefully.

Eating a lot of bad carbohydrates could lead to a bad effect. Actually eating some unnutritious foods could help you however its al about balence. Both good and bad fats do different things to your body. What you eat effects your whole body system in good and bad ways.

    Good carbohydrates and bad carbohydrates each have different effects. Good carbohydrates are like starchers. They don’t “fly through your body” they can be digested. Unlike fiber it can not be digested. All carbohydrates are used to store and transport energy.

    Sometimes it’s ok to have unnutritions foods. This is because we get our enegey from food. However you have to consider balence after all “to much of a good thing can hurt you” this is why it is important to use the food pheramid. The pharimid also shows you how much of that food to eat. This is why a nutritious food baalence is very important.

    It is important to choose your food properly because most Americans don’t check for how many calories or fat there is in their food. Most of the time when you eat fattening stuff you’re eating all sorts of fats, and you’re eating a whole bunch of calories you don’t need to eat. It’s ok to eat a sweet snack once n a while just don’t make it a habit. When you eat sweets and all types of other junk foods your eating fat, fat is actually an important part of a diet because it carries more energy than any other nutrient, but too much of a good thing can be bad for you. Eating too much fat gives your body more glucose more than it really needs, glucose is the main form of fuel in your body and if you don’t exercise enough your body lets that glucose just sit there, When that happens excess glucose in your blood gets converted into body fat.

    When you eat food, mostly animal products like meat, and dairy you have to be careful because most of those products have lots of saturated fats in them. Too much saturated fat is bad because it contains lots of cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty acid found in cell membranes of all animal tissues. But when you eat saturated fats, cholesterol builds up in your blood stream it’s a kind of waxy substance, and sticks to the sides of your blood vessels. The cholesterol deposits, restricting the flow of blood to your organs, and increasing your blood pressure, which can cause things such as heart attack and strokes.

    To stay healthy all you have to do is eat what your supposed to eat and get a balanced diet of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, make sure your not eating too much fat because of all the glucose your getting, and make sure you exercise so all of that glucose you get is burned while exercising if you don’t want it to turn into body fat.
